Warmup: Row 200m, 20 air squats, bike 10 cal, 55' walking lunge, ski 5 cal, 5 broad jumps
Conditioning/Change of Direction Assessment: 150 ft shuttle sprint.
Pair up with someone close to your speed and perform one max effort 150 ft shuttle sprint (5'-10'-15'-20'-25'). Must touch every line with your hand except start and finish line!
