Tempo Snatch Grip Deadlift (3 sec), + High Hang Snatch High Pull, + Low Hang (below the knee) squat snatch.

Start at 50% and build by feel (3 reps x2, 2 reps x2, 1 rep x2)

FrameWork: Either sub Power clean for snatches and stay at the same weight or drop weight to (75/55) and stay with the same movements. Scale WB weight as needed.
