Coaches Notes: Goal is to learn how to pace on this workout. Most people will want to go out fast since the first AMRAP is short and you get rest included, but warn people this is a 36 min workout with only 6 min of rest. Don’t go out sprinting! This should be a more steady state type workout with light weight/lower rest movements with a goal to set an even work pace that you can hold onto for the whole time.
