Coaches Notes:Sled push using the sled uprights. Start at the dumpster and run to the ac unit and back. Rest as needed. If athletes are not able to stay running/sprinting and go more into a walking push MAKE them reduce weight the next time. 

            Breaking on any of these movements means stopping the continual flow of the movement. No resting while holding the wall ball, resting at the bottom of hspu position, holding bar at hips/front rack/letting it settle on ground at any time. Have fun giving out burpees to people today for resting! It’s ok to break and do burpees. This is meant to make people push into bigger sets than they would like to adapt into longer output capabilities with these movements. Ground to OH weight should be moderate at about 60-65% of 1RM Power Clean to Push Jerk.
