GOAL: The is a sprint style workout. Pick a weight you will feel some lactic acid buildup/fatugue on the front squats, but will still be able to do all sets unbroken. You should be lying on the floor at the end of this workout! Push your conditioning limits and aim for 4+ Rounds.
RX: Any weight or style of front squats (DB/KB) may RX but athletes must calculate/state their score before the workout, the price is right style. (See what we did there?) Coaches will write this score on the board before the WOD starts. As long as athletes complete their guessed score, or are within 9 reps or more (not less) you are RX. The point of this workout is to visualize your performance beforehand, then reflect afterwards to better understand your fitness level/capabilities. The more knowledge you have of where you are in your fitness journey, the easier it is to create a roadmap to improvement/end goals. If you RX your weight will be written by your name in red, otherwise it will be written in blue.
