Choose one of the following options:

  • 25’ Handstand Walk

  • 25’ Partner Wheelbarrow Walk

  • 24 Inverted (or plank) Shoulder Taps

  • 6 Wall Kick-ups with 3 Sec Negative to a mat

  • 25 Wall Balls (20/14)

  • 30 Russian Twists (20/14)

  • 100m Medball Run (20/14)

FW/LF: Sub 1k/800m row if desired, RWAN

Notes: Pick a weight for wall-balls you can do all rounds with breaking no more than once. Russian twists are total touches (15 per side). Focus on rotating the torso instead of just moving your arms. Opposite shoulder should be close to hip on side ball is touching.
