Strength: Back Squats

Every two minutes for 14 minutes complete:

Min 0-2: 6 reps @ 60%
Min 2-4: 4 reps @ 65%
Min 4-6: 4 reps @ 70%
Min 6-8: 3 reps @ 75%
Min 8-10: 2 reps @ 80%
Min 10-12: 1 rep @ 90%
Min 12-14: Max reps @ 75%
