Barbell Conditioning: 14xEMOM

Perform 60% (rounded up) of your last full round on Death by thrusters last week EMOM for 14 min. For example; if I got 9 rounds, I would perform 60%*9= 5.4 rounded up to 6 reps every minute for 14 min. If you did not do death by thrusters last week, you got it today ;)... IF you completed the thruster challenge (Congrats Picciotti!), you can use this time to work on mobility, double unders, or catch up on that running challenge.
