Foundation Development (Handstand Pushups):

1.) Review proper hand & head placement

2.) Body Awareness -- Identifying the differences in the hollow, arched and straight positions while inverted

3.) Capacity Test #3--Max Strict HSPU in 1 minute

4.) :30 on / :30 off Handstand Hold for 3 rounds
