Strength: Back Squat
Every 15 seconds for 3 min perform 1 back squat at 60% of your 1 rep max. You may not rack the bar at any time during the 3 min. Rest 5 min. If successful, do again at 65%... if unsuccessful, do again at 55%. Partner with someone close to your height/lifting capability. 1 minute into your rest, they will start their 3 min of back squat.
