Strength: Back Squat

Every 15 seconds for 3 min perform 1 back squat at 60% of your 1 rep max. You may not rack the bar at any time during the 3 min. Rest 5 min. If successful, do again at 65%... if unsuccessful, do again at 55%. Partner with someone close to your height/lifting capability. 1 minute into your rest, they will start their 3 min of back squat.

INT Option: 60 single unders, 8 front squats, 5 hang cleans 115/85, 1 mile cash out

SC Option: 45 Single Unders, 8 front squats, 5 hang cleans 95/65, 800m cash out
