BattleWolf Potluck
**Everyone is welcome, bring your favorite dish and join us at 6:30pm at BattleWolf Crossfit.
BattleWolf Notes:
~No 6:30 class today! The potluck will start after the end of the 5:30pm class....don't stress if you are running late, I am sure there will be more than enough food. You are welcome to bring any type of meat/side/dessert. I would encourage everyone to bring a folding chair if you have one, unless you don't mind sitting on the boxes or floor.
Strength: (Back Squat)
~Take 15 minutes to establish a 20 rep back squat. For most of our athletes, this should be their third time to complete this. Stress the importance of not getting mentally weak.

20 Alt Pistols
10 C2B Pullups
20 Goblet Squats
10 Muscle Ups
**Scaling Options: Modify Pistols (or air squats for beginners), then progressively harder pulling movements. Athletes who can’t put together a min. of 5 MU, probably shouldn’t be trying to work through 10 MU today…encourage them to scale it down to 5 MU or 3 MU.
