Monday and Tuesday-- Regular Classes
Wednesday-- No 5:30 or 6:30pm class
Thursday -- Open Gym from 10:00am to 2:00pm
Friday -- Open Gym from 10:00-12:00pm and then a Noon class
with Coach Bryan.
Saturday -- Community WOD with Coach John
