        **Take 10 minutes to build to a heavy single

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes complete 3 reps  @ 75% of today’s heavy single.

 

 

WOD: “Bubblewrap”

    For Time:

    Buy In:  20/15 cal Assault Bike (Sub 1 min to RX)

        Then

    25 Deadlift (95/65)

    20 Hang Power Clean

    15 Push Press

    10 Overhead Squat

    ***5 Burpee Penalty every time the bar touches the ground.
