Gymnastic Strength: (Strict Pullups)

**Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes complete:

                 ~25% of your max rep Strict Pullups

***If you don't have more than 8 strict unbroken pullups, then you will continue to work on building maximal strength, by completing 2-3 assisted reps every minute on the minute.

 

Hero WOD: "Coffland

Hang from a pull-up bar for 6 minutes
Each time you drop from the bar, perform:
800-m run
30 push-ups

(30 minute time cap)

Scaling Option:

4oom Run and 15 pushups after each drop
