Strength: (Snatch)

**Every two minutes for 14 minutes complete the following:

 High Hang (Hips) + Hang (Knee) + Full (Floor)

  ~All Snatches need to be caught with a 2 second pause in the receiving position

 

WOD: "Nasty Girls"

3 rounds:

50 Air Squats

7 Ring Muscle Ups

10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

Scaling Options:

~Sub Burpee Pullups and/or reduce weight as needed
