**Every two minutes for 24 minutes alternate between:
~10 Burpee Box Jump Overs
~200m Sprint
~3 rope climbs or 6 rope lowers
~400m row (men) / 300m row (women)
~50 to 75 double unders
~7 (pullups/c2b/bar mu/or mu) **Pick the most challenging movement you can do!
