Technique Tuesday: Pressing (Strict, Push, and Jerk)

**Take 10 minutes to differentiate between the strict press, push press and push jerk**

Burnout Complex:

~With an empty barbell complete as many strict press as possible, upon failure move straight into max reps push press, upon failure move straight into max reps push jerk. (There will be no resting at the shoulders on this complex, you must keep the barbell moving)
