Strength: (Three Position Snatches)

Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes complete the following:

    High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch + Squat Snatch

        Sets 1 & 2: 60%

        Sets 3 & 4: 70%

        Sets 5 & 6 : 75%

        Sets 7 & 8: 80%

*Note: If you are newer to olympic lifting we will be staying at low weight today (No more than 60% of your 1rm) to perfect the different positions.

 

WOD: “Junk in the Trunk”

    AMRAP 10:

    10 Handstand Pushups

    15 Front Rack Lunges (95/65)
