BattleWolf Crossfit Handstand

Warmup: 3 rounds of: 10 banded pull aparts, 10 banded good mornings, 10 banded shoulder press, 5 pushups.

 

Static Holding Assessment: take 10 min to make one attempt at each of the following as a class

Max Static Hang from Pullup Bar (double overhand grip, no grips/wraps/gloves allowed)

Max Handstand hold (elbows must be locked entire time)… if unable to do handstand hold, do overhead barbell hold with approx. 1/3 of bodyweight
