Strength: DEATH BY THRUSTERS

EMOM for 20 mins. Start with 1 thruster on first minute +1 each additional minute. Go until failure. Upon failure, mark score and take two minutes rest.... then continue with thruster mom at 70% of thrusters from last successful full set every minute on the minute for remainder of EMOM. i.e. I fail on set 13 of thrusters, which means I successfully completed set 12. 12x70%=8.4 (which must be rounded up) = 9 thrusters EMOM for remainder of EMOM starting on minute 16.
