Front Squat (last set as fast as possible/no rest at top)

6 reps at 75%

4 reps at 80%

3 reps at 82%

3 reps at 85%

2 reps at 88%

12 reps at 55%

"Just Pull"

16 Min Alt. EMOM

10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

8 Deadlifts at 55% of 1RM

RX: Must Complete all reps and DL must be at least (205/145... but if 1rm % calculates out to more you must use that)

FrameWork: 10 kipping pull-ups or strict banded pull-ups, DL at 45% of 1RM or (135/95)

LeanFit: For the strength set do 9 reps for speed at 55% every time. WOD-12 sec assault bike sprint, 12 deadlifts for speed at (95/65)
