Every other Monday we will be focusing on Deadlift and Back Squats. You may start on either movement if all the racks are taken. Be sure to really warm up for these!!!
Strength: E2MOMx3 - 1:00 rest - E2MOMx3
Deadlift: 8 reps at 65% of 1 rep max

Back Squat: 4 reps at 80% of 1 rep max

Framework: Dumbbell Snatch at 35/20
LeanFit: 12-9-6 for every set (still do 3 full sets), Dumbbell Snatch at 30/(20 or 10)
Everyone will be finishing the rounds at their own pace so you must keep up with your rest time on your own!!! No cheating on the rest, i.e. you must wait the full 2 min before moving on!
