Technique: 12 min to review the squat clean

-Setup

-First Pull

-Clearing the knees

-Power Position

-Triple Extension

-Footwork on catch

-Catch position

-Engaging core and driving out of the hole

LeanFit: 5 min work, 2 min rest, 5 min work- Accumulate as many calories as possible on two machines (switch during the rest period)

“Ted” (partner workout if desired)

8 RFT- 20 min cap

15 Box Jumps (24/20”)

10 Bar Facing Burpees

5 Squat Cleans (135/95)

Perform this with a partner switching after every completed round (4 rounds each). Try and partner up with someone using the same weight if the class is full so you can share a barbell

FrameWork: Scale weight/height on box as needed. Step ups on boxes and burpees allowed

LeanFit: may partner with RX or FW athletes if desired-
