Alt. Death By. EMOM- Starting at 2 reps increasing by 2 reps every 2 min

Deadlift (275/185)

25 ft shuttle run (every 25ft = 1 rep)

FrameWork: scale weight to 225/155 or 185/125 or around 60% of 1RM (should be medium heavy for you)

LeanFit: sub cal bike for Deadlift

you may start at movement of your choice. when clock is on odd round add 1 rep (ie round 5 you will do 6 reps). when clock is on even that is number of reps you do.
