Open Prep Cycle Begins TODAY!! Over the next 8 weeks you can expect to see weekly repeats of some of the past Crossfit Open workouts. You will continue to get chances to work on specific gymnastic skills and we will also continue strength maintenance that we built over the past few months. We will also be having out 2nd Annual BattleWolf Intramural Open, so be on the lookout for more information over the next few weeks.

FW: Reduce weight 95/65; sub Knees to Elbows

LF: Same Rep Scheme, but sub Single Arm DB Clean and Jerk (Do reps on each arm, 3R/3L) and Hollow Rocks
