15 Hand Release Push-Ups

Scale reps as needed and/or sub seated dumbbell press for hspu.

15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

1 Burpee (plus 1 burpee every minute)

RX: Must complete 8 rounds

FrameWork: Only do 10 WallBalls and scale weight if needed

LeanFit: Only do 7 wall Balls and scale weight further if needed.
