5 sets of 4 reps at 90%

1 set of 8 reps at 60% (for speed)

If you fail a set, drop 5% and continue on same rep scheme. If doing LeanFit, perform max air squats for the first minute of every set.

FrameWork: DU do not have to be unbroken, otherwise sub single unders in 3:1 ratio. Scale DB weight as needed and do V-Ups instead of toes to bar.
