5 Narrow Grip Shoulder Press 65-75% (hands not allowed to touch knurling on bar)

FrameWork: (155/105 DL) if you need to scale weight more you will get a FW- today so we can keep track of our progress, modified HSPU with mats, or subtract 1" from standard

LeanFit: Reduce Deadlift weight as needed, sub dumbbell push press for HSPU. Instead of Skill work, Row 1 min on, 1 min off for total calories in 8 min.
