Focus on driving out of the hole without a bounce. If you fail a set, drop weight by 5% after each failure for remaining sets and keep going with same rep scheme. If doing LeanFit/focusing on toning, do max rep Goblet Squats (moderate weight) for first 30 seconds of each set.
