Technique: E2MOMx5- Clean Complex (High Hang Clean, Above the Knee Clean, Below the Knee Clean). All reps start from the floor with a tempo liftoff and pause for 1 second at the listed positions. May be power or squat, but focus on hitting all the positions throughout the pull everytime. starting at 60% and build by feel.
