1 Power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch with a 15 sec hold in the catch
Start at 50% and build by feel
Today’s technique is to work on using the hips to get barbell overhead and stabilizing and perfecting the catch with an extremely long hold. Loads should be lighter today. Do not take this piece lightly as I believe it could really help a large percentage of our gym.
