  • 3 Back Squat (75-80-85%)

  • 16 Tempo Goblet Lateral Squats (8 each leg, pick a weight you can control and stay parallel whole time. 2 sec per side)

RX: to be considered RX you must do your first 55 Wall Balls Unbroken

FrameWork: RWAN

*Every Set you do less than 25 reps= 400m run, Every time you break=200m run. Breaking means anytime the consistent movement of wall balls stops. Ie you may not stop and hold the ball and count it as unbroken. you must go from one shot straight to the other. Coaches will be watching and calling you out today!!! ;)
