· 1 Squat clean + 1 Pause hang Squat Clean (build by feel)
Start around 50-60% of your max hang squat clean weight. Do not drop the barbell between the squat clean and hang clean, I want you to work the transition going back to a heavy hang. The pause on the hang squat clean is 5 seconds in the catch position at the bottom of the squat.
