· 40 Alt. Dumbbell Snunges (50/35)
· (30/20) Cal Machine
· 30 HSPU
· 20 Burpees
· 200m Sandbag Run (93/63)
*E4MOM starting at min 0, perform 25 Air Squats
FrameWork: RWAN, if machines are taken, sub another 400m run, sub DB seated press for hspu.
Make sure you are hitting full depth and full lockout on your Air squats. Coaches may hand out 5 burpee penalty for anyone that is not hitting these standards today (no warnings!)
