BattleWolf Notes: Kicking off our Olympic Lifting cycle this week. We will be getting some baseline numbers on our Snatch, Clean, and Jerk this week. You can expect to clean, jerk, and snatch weekly over the next 8 weeks. Lots of technique work and we will be hitting a handful of benchmark workouts throughout this cycle. Get ready!
