100 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

75 Partner Pass Wall Balls (20-10’/9’)

*E4MOM including min 0, everyone will stop working and do 10 burpees.

**After each completed round, you may hand out a penalty to another team (400m run or 35 cal on a machine of THEIR choice). You may not continue working on AMRAP until you hand out penalty (no working while waiting for teams to finish a penalty and give them another one)
