*100m Farmers/Waiters Carry (106/70) -switch arms at the 50m mark
Max rep shuttle run- 25 ft
Rest 3 Min
*Every time you drop/stop, or set the kb down = 15 double kb deadlift
Goal is to push the runs hard knowing you have 3 min rest coming up. If we run out of space in the gym you can do the sprints outside. Every 25ft section is 1 rep
