Coaches Notes: If you have a big class, get out onto the sled pulls pretty quick and cycle people through quickly. Would be cool to have two people go at a time and race.
The goal for this workout is to do as big of a set as possible for each movement, take a short break then finish the reps on the second set. By the time you get to devils press, you should be pretty shot and then focus on just moving consistently to get all the presses done. IF YOU DON’T FINISH TODAY, YOU DON’T GET AN RX!
