Workout should be a straight heartrate management workout. You are not going to fail anything, the goal should be to find a pace you can hold for 18 min straight without stopping. Remind athletes that the turning point for the run is the last rock behind the Tickle-Blagg sign. Make sure athletes are locking out on top of the box jumps and lunges.
