CrossFit (SYLB) Week 3

For Time- 20 Min Cap

50 Dumbbell Deadlifts (100/70)

50 ab-mat Sit-ups

50 Box Step Ups

50 Single Arm DB Thrusters (50/35)

Mod Option: if you don’t have a dumbbell, use an odd object (water jugs, KB, etc)


Cash Out: Run a mile at 80-ish % (breathe hard but able to converse)
