Pre-Wod Tabata
Bottom-to-Bottom Air Squats: 8 x 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. The 10 secs of rest is spent in the bottom of the Air Squat position. Fight to stay active right at parallel and resist the urge to break. Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals.
