5 rounds, 2 mins each:
20 Dumbbell Box Step-ups, 50/35 lbs (20/16”)
max reps in remaining time Dumbbell Push Press, 50/35 lbs
Rest 2 mins between each round
If you don’t have a dumbbell or box, sub odd object or any sort of elevated platform. If you don’t have an elevated platform, perform weighted lunges.
Post-Wod
Perform 1 weighted plank hold for max time. Plank should be toes and forearms on ground. Choose your weight and keep it level (we don’t like saggy planks around here!).
