Athletes must start even with ramp going out back door (behind dumpster). Clock stops when they come in the front door. Coach will provide a pdf of split times for each person with a mile time. For every split time an athlete makes, they may take of 1 burpee during EMOM for WOD. If athletes don't have mile time... they'll be doing it today plus 5 burpees during WOD ;)
