GOAL: 5+ Rounds total. These Devil’s Press shouldn’t be slowing you down today and all 6 reps should be done at a consistent pace. Push hard on the first WOD, but only enough to where you can recover in the 3 minute rest period and match your score on the second WOD. The real workout is during the second round of the AMRAP. That’s where you should be leaving it all on the line during the last 2 minutes of the second AMRAP. As Coach Mindy says, “Send itttt!”
