WOD: “Stimulus Check #7: More, More, More”

AMRAP 40

100m Run

5 Thrusters

*After every round, the athlete chooses to add either an additional 100m to the run or 5 more Thruster

GOAL: Manage the volume of squats and pressing to your bodies capabilities. If you hate running, this is a dangerous workout for you as there is a high potential for a disgusting amount of Thrusters. The weight on the Thrusters should be light. The stimulus is to keep your heart rate at a consistent working pace for the entire 40 minutes.
RX: Any weight/strategy of adding reps after rounds may RX as long as you add either 100m or 5 Thrusters every round. No subbing a machine in place of the run. Gotta run to RX today.
