WOD: “Stimulus Check#8: Interval Check”
3 Rounds with repeating work intervals of 0:30, 1:00, 2:00, 4:00, with varying rest intervals
3 Hang Power Cleans
5 Pulls (Ring Muscle Up, Bar Muscle Up, Chest To Bar Pull-up, Pull-ups, Ring Rows)
7 Bar Facing Burpees
Rest intervals;
Round 1: 0:15, 0:30, 1:00, 2:00
Round 2: 0:20, 0:40, 1:20, 2:40
Round 3: 0:30, 1:00, 2:00
GOAL: Pick a weight for the hang power cleans. and pulling movement of your choice that you can steadily maintain a high work output/heart rate. Try to score the same or better every round. Keep in mind your rest time increases as rounds progress. Continue where you left off after every rest period. There is a decent amount of volume here so be mindful of what weight you choose for your hang cleans. It is okay to reduce weight during the rest period if we overshoot today.
