EMOM X 10:
2 Squat Snatch @ 65-75% 1RM (& no more than)
Stay in the 65-75% range for the duration of the EMOM. It is okay to go lighter, but not heavier today. Focus should be on correct positioning in every part of the pull and finishing the catch in the best position that works for you. NO TOUCH & GO’S TODAY!

RX: Must finish within the time cap. HSPU reps must show arms fully locked out and heels only on the wall. If you’re finishing with your butt on the wall that’s a no rep. Flat part of abmat is okay for RX today, but if you are using the thicker, rounded portion you must place 25#/45# plates on either side.
