FW: If you are not proficient at DU’s, work DU for 3 max sets. If you can get at least 20 DU’s, then do 50 singles to finish out the set. If you get less than 20, than do 85 singles to finish out the set

LF: Same as above for DU’s. Sub DB S2OH.

Notes: Pick a weight light enough that you are able to do your first two sets unbroken and breaking a max of 2 times on the remainder of your sets. Focus on using your legs on these S2OH! Push press or push jerk early on this one kids.
