RX: Can’t rest the DB on the ground. Pick it up and keep it elevated. If you want to RX, gonna have to learn to transition mid-air on this one.

*Notes: Find a good/comfortable position for the DB on the lunges. 25’ down and back, must make a turn and feet must start fully behind line and both feet must end past 25’ line. Transition straight to DB snatch and if you need to rest, keep db in front rack position.
