Notes: Focus on keeping core tight on squat and getting fully set before going into a jerk. Ok to push a heavy weight today as long as you are not risking injury.
LeanFit: Anytime the DB are set down you must stop and do a row. If you missed yesterday you have another chance to get comfortable holding weight for a long period of time.

Notes: Pick smart rep scheme on both movements to minimize rest time. Smaller sets with quick rest is typically better than a big set and taking a long time to get back to work. 20/15 on wall balls or 15/10/10 might be a good set. If you need to break more I recommend reducing weight. 9/6 or 6/5/4 on snatches. Otherwise, reduce weight.
